Treatment experience
Clean, shaved skin; quick passes with a cooled handpiece. You may feel a brief snap/heat with each pulse. Hair sheds over 1–3 weeks; results build over a series because hairs cycle through growth phases.
Safety
Performed by trained therapists after skin/hair assessment and Fitzpatrick typing. Protective eyewear is worn throughout. Settings are individualized each visit.
Good to know
Before: shave 12–24 h prior; no waxing/plucking/epilating for 3–4 weeks; avoid sun/self-tan for 2–4 weeks.
After: mild redness/bumpiness can occur and settles quickly; use SPF daily; skip hot baths/sauna and active acids/retinoids for 24–48 h.
Not suitable: pregnancy, active skin infection, recent intense sun exposure, or photosensitizing meds (check with us).
